Thanked: 0Proraso Pre-Shave...
...Do you whip it up and apply it with a brush or just out of the tube with your hands? Thank you.

I use my fingertips. Wet face, damp fingers and just massage it in!

Thanked: 8Just a tiny amount is all you need. Apply with fingers and massage in. It will make you awake and alert for sure, great stuff.

Thanked: 0Yep, just work it in with your fingertips. It will definitely wake up your face. I also like to put a hot towel on your face a couple of minutes after applying it. It feels really good!!!

If you want a real wake-up call, apply Proraso before showering. I thought it would improve the shave, but it didn't. However, combined with the steam of a hot shower, it did help clear up my head cold!

Mike,
Target carries Proraso. It's not in the shaving section, though; it's hidden in with all the girly stuff in the "spa" section. There's a men's grooming area there, and they usually have Proraso pre/post, cream, soap, and aftershave balm, along with a couple of shave brushes and Sharps shaving products.
Good luck,
Josh

I've tried the Prorasso - this morning, in fact, though the jar has probably been sitting on the counter for six weeks now I just opened the little jar and took a bit out to work into my face with my fingers.
Wow, wake up your face is right. I think the cold water splash felt warm by comparison aftewards, but it wasn't an uncomfortable feeling by any means. I like it - better than shaving oil, I think.
I use it just about every day. I love it except for the smell.Last edited by RichZ; 12-12-2006 at 01:00 AM.
