I'm confused. I thought OP was asking about the shave cream and not aftershave.

OP, I can see that Proraso makes it but I don't know who carries it.

I'm curious as well. Are you referring to the aftershave or shaving soap/cream?

From what I can gather Proraso currently makes a Blue aftershave, but the only Blue lathering product (coming soon) is their canned aerosol stuff....

I am asking about soap/cream I saw a tube of blue proraso on another web site I do not remember where but it was a tube of of blue proraso.

Interesting.... I checked Proraso's website and they weren't advertising it. Please post the link if/when you find it

Yeah, I got the same when I visited their site. They only show the foam can and aftershave.

Proraso only seems to be selling it in Europe for now. Here is a review from a B&B post.

Unfortunately, Proraso's new products come to Europe long before we're able to get it in the US (I believe that the reason is that we have different labeling rules, which slows their release down). I don't know much about the shaving cream, yet, but the blue ASB is really great, much better than their new white, IMO.

Oh, goody! More product! We will all be looking forward for this! Funny that the Italian site only shows the aerosol can and not the cream tube.
