I recieved a bar of Oak & Moss soap from Matt when I got my last brush. It is some fantastic stuff. I have enough soap to last for years so I may just have to get some of the cream.

    Good Morning Gentlemen,

Drinking my morning cup'a joe, and surfing the threads...I can't keep up with y'all these days..lol. Pretty soon someone else will need to make the soap so I can just hang out here!

I usually do get around on the threads a bit quicker than this, and apologize for showing up a little late. I think all of you should be official TGQ CSR's.... you know my business as well as I do and have great customer service !!! chuckle...

Hi Gary....its a pleasure to meet you, and Thank you for the compliments on the Oak & Moss. ( Matt....I still need to send you a note!!! )

The Gentlemen's Oak & Moss has been a long time favorite and was a Bath soap before anything else, all men like it....its a very soothing clean scent. "Simply Masculine". Many Women like it and I have several who purchase the Bath Soap for themselves!!

It is my Grandmother's favorite soap....and she is the one who taught me the old custom of cutting your soaps in half; one half to the bathroom and the other you place in your clothing drawers or your closet. This serves two functions, with a true soap (not a melt & pour) the longer it is exposed the harder it becomes, which means it lasts longer (saves money!) and secondly it sure does smell good to boot. The Gentlemen's Oak & Moss in particular is the "PERFECT" drawer soap....lol.

Ok.....yeah, so its a little out of the norm to promote one's soap to put in your clothing drawers, but really you should try it....keeps all of your clothing smelling soooo nice, very clean and fresh.

And then there are the shaving soaps and creams, using the same blend of Lavender, Patchouli and Oakmoss.

I am very pleased of late with my new base for the shaving soaps. I believe it has superior lather and the ingredients are all natural, with no SLES or SLS, nor do add any! .....and I'm always open to suggestions and comments for the slick and moisturizing qualities. ( Its become a quest, like Frodo....lol )

Yes...Shaving Creams also are available in the Oak & Moss. I love the lather that comes from the shaving creams...it has a thick, rich velvety feel. The other point I would like to make again about the shaving creams is their ability to provide a superior carrier for essential oils. The essentials oils are added to very small 1 pound batches (long after the cream has been cooked and then aged for 6 weeks) typically....right before it comes it comes to you !!

Just for the sake of efficiency:

3 oz. round of shaving soap.............. $5.95
    1oz. round of shaving soap.....$1.99

4 oz. tub of shaving cream............... $12.95
1 oz. tub of shaving cream...... $3.50

The price range for the shaving creams may change a little after the first of the year (haven't made up my mind yet ) but the shaving soaps will be going up in price.

Well my cup of coffee is finished....that means I am too....lol

    XXWarm Regards, Colleen
