    Hi gents,

I can't get enough of tobacco-scented colognes, so I'm quite intrigued by the Opus X shaving soap from Straight Razor Designs. How would you described the scent - Cuban cigar? Pipe tobacco? Tobacconist's shop? Something else?! Your input is much appreciated.

That's a tuff one for me. I love it (now ill have to use it tomorrow).

When you open it the scent of earthy tobacco hits you. If you're into tobacco scented colognes then you enjoy the SRD Opus X for sure.

Thanks for the replies... I've got a bottle of Czech and Speake Cuba (I'm a huge fan of this, except for the very short longevity that I get out of it). I've also got decants of SMN Acqua di Cuba, Serge Lutens Fumerie Turque (I love both of these), and Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille (this could have been a holy grail scent for me, excepting that the tobacco fades away in a couple of hours, and I'm left with a somewhat sickly sweet vanilla after that...). I also have a bottle of Lutens Chergui, which is often described as having a pipe tobacco component - but I don't really get any actual tobacco from it unfortunately.

On my must try list is Odori Tobacco, and I've also got my eye on a bottle of Aramis Havana (again, I don't really get an authentic tobacco vibe from this, but it's a scent that I enjoy nonetheless).

    What's missing from my list?
