Default Sandalwood Shave Soap with Bay Rum?

Hey Guys. So I just placed an order with some TOBS shave soap and some Pinaud Bay Rum aftershave. How does this combo work? Does it? If not, what else does it combine with?

    Thanks!

Hmm Like the sound of the first one. I was thinking about getting some Proraso Sandalwood.

I also hope the Bay Rum will combine with my cologne..... Important questions

Parker, it seems as though you're training for the annual Sadie Hawkins formal!

Well, give it a try and you let us know. I do know using the two will not cause a nuclear reaction or any such thing, so you're safe.

Google "Sadie Hawkins." It's an old traditional formal dance in which the ladies ask the gentlemen to be their dates for the evening. Kind of a women's lib thing.

I think TOBS Sandalwood and Bay Rum are an acceptable combo, they both have a bit of a spice element to them. The sandalwood soap isn't heavily fragranced either, so by the time you rinse and clean up there shouldn't be much scent left before you apply the BR.
