I don't know who to suggest, because a lot of the vendors are close in the price for the 1 kg. I got free shipping because I ordered a few other things. Shipping , I guess would be the decider.

In Canada, both italianbarber.com and fendrihan.com sell the 1kg block as well as the 150g tub. There are probably other shops selling it, but these are the ones I know about. Originally Posted by Raol
