Thread: Col Conk gets sticky?

I never had a problem wet shaving with a DE. I just started to learn str8 and was told Conk is good due to being able to see beard direction. I took a hot shower, applied Castle Forbes pre, and lathered up the Conk's. First side of my face was good but other side was sticky and more lather or water did not help. The str8 keep sticking so I had to put it down.

Tells about your shave technique. Where you switching hands from one side to the other? Did you stretch the skin? What parts of your face where you trying to shave? How long did it take you to you shave the one side of your face?

You said that you have been shaving with a de. I am going to guess you have been doing this for awhile and using a brush and soap. Have you used con conk in the past? Have you used the castle Forbes pre shave before? Have u you used both together before?
