Sorry to here you are having trouble making lather with the Bald Frog Soap. I have had 1 other person have this issue and it was a fella at work, it was an issue with his water. I use a lot of oils in my soap andfor some reason with hard water it is difficult sometimes to get a goo lather.
Try this, shred some soap and melt the rest in a bowl, while the soap is stil melted sprinkle the shreded on top to creat texture and let cool.
When you go to build lather put a little hot water on the soap and let sit fo 15-30 seconds, then swirl your brush around until milky
pour this into a lather bowl or scuttle,
go back and start building lather in the soap bowl and transfer into lather bowl or scuttle, do this 1 or 2 more times,
whip the contents of the lather bowl or scuttle into a frothe goodness and appll to you face.

I hope this helps, it helped the guy at work.

I get tons of lather from Mamma Bear but not the great body. A good middle ground with WMF. Kell's is about the same a Mamma Bear. Etc.
