    yea, I'd pass on berts bees.

    Best is a complicated term here. The top tier soaps like MDC and CF and C&S and Xpec are well, top tier but with those you are paying for the name and scent. A good English soap will give you a very high level of lather quality. Harris or Trumpers are examples of those.
