Still waiting to hear back from the seller, but, I'm going to guess that they won't do anything based on their return policy of "unopened, unused items only".

I just bought a little bottle of glycerin to see if I could try the uber lather thing, which is something I've, for some reason, never tried.
I've read that people use a few drops, which sounds good...except mine comes in a bottle lol I'll have to find something to use as a "dropper".
I'll try making an uber lather and see how it goes.
I can't wait until my lather bowl is ready...having one made at a local pottery shop, should be ready at the end of the month. Was cheaper than having one shipped. Right now I have a little plastic bowl that I scored the bottom with the add texture...it works, but not great.
