Crabtree & Evelyn Users/Fans
So I got my self the Sienna and Sandelwood soap and the scents are amazing, Sienna have a very strong scent then the Sandelwood and both lather up very nicely. Now want to get the Nomad and Indian Lime soap as well, but also looking to get the creams as well. How does the cream preform against the soap, and how does each scent preform against each other?
And who is using there Shower Gels aswell? Looking to get some of those, want to get the soap bars pack of 3, but the price on those are a bit heavy for me.
And the aftershave Balm? Is it any good and how well does it perform and which one are the best/strong scent?
So you see, I kind of like this shop now, even if it is a little expensive.
Any thoughts gents???

Riaanrab,
Please forgive me, but perhaps you should save some money to try other brands in the wet shaving world. There is a treasure of them out there.
Soap: Martin de Candre, Joris, Provence Sante, Institute Karite, Trumper, D.R. Harris, Mitchell's Wool Fat, Tabac, and the list goes on.
Cream: Xpec, Castle Forbes, Santa Maria Novella, Penhaligon's Blenheim Bouquet, Trumper, D.R. Harris, Taylor of Old Bond Street, Cella, and the list goes on.
The same holds with aftershave balms.
Stay well.

Nomad is my favorite shave cream, the problem is that Crabtree & Evelyn has closed alll their local stores down here. You have to order online & pay shipping on top of that.
So I'm starting to love Taylor of Old Bond Street.

Thanked: 1263I really enjoy the scent of the Nomad, one of my favorite scents. Problem is I've never been impressed with the performance of the soap, to the point where I'm about ready to give up on it. I'm not a quitter though and because I enjoy the scent so much I'm going to play around with some glycerin and such in the mix and see if that helps. My 2 cents for ya

Thanked: 12I have the Nomad cream and aftershave balm. IMO the cream performs much better than the soap and the balm is really good for my dry skin. Love the Nomad scent and the balm smells the same. Love them both. Just got the West Indian Limes cream and it is awesome. Dont have the balm yet. I think you will love both, but stick with the cream.

Thanked: 2Love the nomad cream, Its probably right up there, joint top with proraso. I struggle with all my lathers drying out, and the nomad is the same though. But then seeing as I struggle with all of them drying out I bet its me and not the products at fault. I just like a really thinck creamy lather.
The little key twister things you get with nomad are cool too. Nice touch

I use the same bowl to mix my creams in, so I know how much water each brand needs.
I also use 6 drops of glycerin in the bowl also.
You will find the right combo.
