What soap complements Spanish Leather?
Well I got off my lazy backside and did some research.
First I found two sights that were helpful as far as what is in different products as far as longevity, strength, and different makeups of the scents. They are basenotes and fragrantica. I found that my Wife's favorite cologne that I wear (Sung Homme) may be very similar to the D.R.Harris Windsor. In fact the "Main Accords" are almost identical except for one being earthy versus herbal. The problem with Sung Homme is it is too in my face when I apply, and I am very carful as not to put too much on because of this. I have really wanted to replace it. The Windsor may well be that.
Second, I found I really like the Spanish Leather from Trufitt and Hill. So I have decide that I am going to go with two scents.
My question is twofold,
1: How does the Geo F. Trumper's Spanish Leather compare to the Trufitt and Hill Spanish Leather?
2: What soap is there that would complement either of those two Spanish Leather aftershaves/colognes
Aftershaves/colognes
The second question is more important because that is what I am not sure of. I may go with Trufitt Spanish Leather because of my being able to get it locally, but not decide yet. But I really have no clue as to what soap would be the best because I do not want to mix smells too much. I would like both Brand suggestions as well as just a general scent.

Along with Tabac, I would recommend anything in the sandalwood, almond or rose stable.
