Thanked: 0I dress in a pair of Bonds Boxers and nothing else - and no, I'm not posting a photo and yes, my gym is in my garage.

I only know I am not permitted to wear spandex. My daughters made me promise no spandex.

I hit the gym four days a week for my weight and cardio training, 2 days I do, "active rest" which is just getting out and being busy for at least 20 minutes, which is usally a couple of hours, walking down at the boardwalk by Lake Ontario, which is just down the street from me. Maybe a stroll downtown, etc. One day is complete rest, which is also my, "cheat" day, I get to eat what I want and have dessert, which is usually two pounds of chicken wings (seldom get through them all), and a basket of fries with a big piece of cake for dessert.
For the gym though? It's always my good Saucony shoes, track pants, and my trademark Marvel Comics, "Spiderman" very loose, Lycra shirt...and when that's in the wash, it's my gold color, Lycra again, original Star Trek Captain Kirk shirt...always get's a laugh and it inspires me to keep going to the gym, as it's the only place where I can wear it where people will actually openly laugh at and with me...if I wear it any other place, people back away, slowly, very slowly, especially when I start then blabbering about straight razors and how cool they are.
