My sister got in really good shape combining yoga with tai chi, walking her active dalmation twice a day and a vegetarian diet. The key to finding an effective workout is finding one that you'll do consistently...that's "the best" workout...after all, getting and staying in shape isn't a sprint, it's a marathon.
