I hiked up to Seal Rock today hoping to climb, but there was way too much snow on the rock.

Always best to play safe. You’ve gotten a lot of hiking, climbing and scrambling in this winter, an amazing amount considering where you are doing it.

Yeah, we've got weather moving in again tomorrow afternoon with cold and snow forecast for the foreseeable future. Just trying to keep something going exercise wise. Today was a fair amount of exercise slogging through the snow. I could see from the trailhead that climbing was probably out, but decided to go all the way to the rock and make my decision there.

My wife and I got out cross country skiing 3 times recently without even getting in the car. Skied right out from the front door.
