There are some great threads on this forum about stropping (use the search function) and some incorporate videos. Or you can search ing youtube for "stropping a straight razor" and you will get some great hits. Using a strop this is narrower than the blade is what most do, by using an X pattern. I'm sure someone more experienced that I on the forum will jump in and direct you to the videos and other discussions.
