Default English Bridal for SRD Modular

hey everybody, I've had my SRD Lynn Abrams modular paddle strop for some time now and I love it, so I just received in the mail a new finishing leather which I ordered from them, it's the English bridle...

with the very limited user I've given it, first impressions seem really excellent, the draw is light but its still there in the range that I like it.... feels very very smooth as well, and from what I can tell it leaves a nice polish on my edge...

does anybody have any advice that has used the English bridle leather before? I'm just wondering if i should treat it with anything, I do own the Fromm strop dressing but I'm hesitant to apply it until i hear from some of you guys...

    thanks!

The Bridle really doesn't need any treatment. It will break in with use. You can lightly rub your palm back and forth over it until your palm feels warm and is should require anything else. I probably use the Bridle more than any other leather on my modular paddle.

    Have fun.
