Nice screen name, Jaegerhund.
I use a lot of it for sealing the wood bodies of harmonicas. I usually get mine from Woodcraft, which is headquartered a mile from my house. Justin is right about the woodworking thing. Also, Guys who shoot brass cartridge black-powder single-shot rifles and reload their own use it and get it from their reloading sources.
Don't overlook the most obvious source and the cheapest source ---- bees, or more specifically, the beekeeper. Call your local extension agent and ask for the name and number of a beekeeper.
