Thread: 4 sided paddle

I got the kit from Tony and the paddle has been pasted on 3 sides. I tried shaving and could not get a good cut from the razor. Also, how should I be using my pasted strop?? When the blade needs to be freshened how should I strop? Could I have ruined a razor by stropping poorly the first time. The razor did come off the strop a few times by my accident. I could be doing something wrong technically so any help is great.

I have read the literature that came in the kit, but did not find any information about how to use the pasted sides and in what order etc..
