when stroping how much pressure should you apply, just the weight of the razor or do you press down slightly?

Just the weight of the blade on the strop. Of critical importance is to make sure the blade is FLAT on the strop at all times.

I do just enough to create a draw on my TM latigo, which is very little above the weight of the blade, on average. It gets gradually reduced over the 30-40 strokes.

I agree with the "only enough to produce drag" answer as I find the pressure needed rises slightly as the razor dulls. I also lessen pressure at the end.
