Thread: Spousal antique store find - Duke Premier 872 Horse Shell strop

Hi all, last weekend my wife was out of town and brought back a few shaving related prezzies. One of them was a Duke Premier 872 Horse Shell strop. I know next to nothing about strops and the search didn't return anything notable for "Duke". This is a NOS strop and has not been folded. One side is the harder leather (horse shell) and the other side is reddish and textured.

This seems like a cool find to me, is there anyone who can shed a little light on this type of strop or manufacturer?
