This is disgusting!!! The only way it could get any worse, would be if someone were to ask why a walrus is like a tupperware bowl.....
....ah, hell.....because they both like a nice, tight seal!

Hello Tread i have some very old stops left by my uncle.i used it on a daily routinr. one i have the green compond on can you tell me or can anyone tell me how often to repaste the strop.

I agree- most likely Seal. I have a 2 sided seal/calf paddle too. Likely a very early strop.
