Hey Taz,
Next time you speak to Keith ask him where my order is. It's been almost 3 months and I've emailed 3 times now to find out what's going on but he just doesn't reply.
His stuff may be fantastic but if he doesn't send it and just takes your money then it may as well be crap.

He wasn't very communicative with me after I placed the order but the stuff arrived within a month. Ironically I finally got back in touch with him a day before my powder arrived.

Welcome to the crowd. I've been waiting (patiently) for almost that long for one of his "new" products to be available. Actually, I would have been happy with the "old" version of the product, but he told me to wait for the new version. So, periodically I send him a reminder email... they have mostly gone unanswered. There's been no talk of an illness or other reason for his business to have gone into limbo for over 9-months... just the "we'll be up in a few days" verbiage that keeps appearing on his website and the periodic "I got .... from Keith and I love it" messages we see posted in this and various other forums. Well, after reading some threads today, I'm going "postal".
I know for SURE the product I've been waiting for is available... he has shipped the very thing I want to a number of other people...they've extolled it's virtues to me privately and I've seen postings on various forums... including pictures!!
So, while I love his products, I've reached MY limit! Normally I'd have reigned myself in before I reached this point... you know... if you can't say something nice don't say it at all, etc. But not this time. Apparently some customers are just dog sh*t to him... and honestly, none of us deserve to be treated like that.
Yes, that was (perhaps) uncalled for, and yes I know I'm probably wasted my time venting, and yes I know the loss of my business will not impact Keith one iota. All I can hope is others pay attention to this and the myriad of other posts on this and other forums about delays and lack of communication related to HandAmerican. People, don't waste your time getting strung along by the encouraging statements on his website and infrequent emails which make it sound like the site will be up in just a couple more days. Women have conceived and delivered babies in less time!
HandAmerican. Buy from someone else.....my 2-cents!

Wow,
Have the people that have been having problems called him? It seems to me that he always answers the phone when it rings.
Sorry to hear of your troubles

My product arrived as ordered, just took some extra time. I'm alright with that.

No, I didn't call him... I took his email responses (few as they were) at face value. And frankly, one shouldn't have to "call him" to get service, should they? Especially when his website says "Email or call toll free...". He emailed several response telling me to wait for his website to come up to place my order, so I took him at his word... and now it's 6-months later... 6 FRIGGIN MONTHS!!!... and I'm looking at product he's delivered to other people... and his website still isn't up to place an order! I'm sorry, but where I come from treating customers like that is just plain bad manners.
When Keith is responsive, he's very responsive and helpful. But when he isn't, it's like we're orphans at the family picnic.Last edited by azjoe; 06-15-2007 at 11:20 PM.
