Thread: green vs red/black combo paste?

I was wondering whether the green strop paste is coarser than the red (or black!) paste in the red/black combo packs you can get.
I've got a paddle strop pasted with black/red but, as far as I've noticed, they don't seem to go a great deal for me. Perhaps I just need a finer stone!

I don't use paste and achieve fantastic results. I think i'd cry if I ruined the beautiful strop I have. lol
