Thanked: 1Truly a work of art. I am thoroughly enjoying mine. It's even fun to just look at it, the craftsmanship is that good.
Works like a dream, too.

Thanked: 1I recently got my Latigo strop with D rings and linen. What a beautiful piece of equipment, and Tony's service was extraordinary. Three days flat from order to doorstep. Truly an heirloom.
Thanks Tony,
Smithee

Thanked: 0I've just placed an order (albeit verbally) for a horse hide and genuine linen strop from Tony to go with my Latigo and Genuine linen. They're simply the best. I can't wait till those horse hides are ready!

I used mine for the first time last night. Man am I glad I went with the big 3" one with D Rings. I tried the practice strop first and really didn't dig that. Picked up the nice one and that was a breeze to use.

Just came today: 2.5" w/ handles, genuine linen! All I can say: Wow! The craftsmanship is outstanding--it's so heavy! Shave today was MUCH smoother. Thanks, Tony!

Thanks guys, I do appreciate the compliments. I apologize I have not been able to keep every product up at the same time but not having paddles ready for a month set everything back. By next week I hope to be able to keep paddles and hanging strops up at the same time. We had wholesale orders to complete for John Crowley's Shaving Shop and Jim Ayars at Vintage Blades and it took a lot of my time. I've got new prototypes almost finished for a new version of the 3" paddle with one piece handles and a heavy bench hone too. Just did 10mof each as a test but if they prove out in testing they will be stock items.
If I could get past having to eat and sleep one or twice I week I could really get stuff done <g>
