Thread: Hand American, whats the deal?

Hello All,

Anyone know whats up with Hand American's service lately? I returned a few strops about 5 months ago for a refund initially, then after a phone call, for replacements. Ive been leaving voicemails, emails, etc and no responses whatsoever. I'm out a decent chunk of change on this one, are their others who have had this experience?

I'm not here to lambast the guy, I really did give him every opportunity to make it right and would like to know if there is something I'm missing here.

I've had problems with slow service as well... Ordered some chromium oxide at the beginning of February, and he just now shipped it out. I'm not sure what to tell you, just keep trying, they're still there...
I got a response when I sent an E-mail to the address listed on his paypal account.
