Thread: Paste for TM Combo Paddle Strop

I posted this in the newbie forum, but I wanted to ask here too, just in case.

I am going to order a 4-sided combo paddle strop from Tony when he gets back. My object is to use it as an all-in-one strop/sharpener, at least until I get a little more experience.

My question is, which three pastes should I order for the sides? What grit, diamond, chromium, etc?

Any help would be appreciated.

I have mine in 3.0, 1.0, 0.50 g.chrome, leather. It works nicely. I would have gone with all 4 pasted if I knew then what I know now, because you will more than likely end up buting a hanger anyway.
