Thread: Linen vs cotton

Hi

I was thinking of getting a tm strop, but not sure what the differennce is between the canvas and linen is?

linen is supposed to be more aggressive than canvas. I only have one of each, but I find that it's true. Overall, I like the linen more.

The linen is thicker and more substantial and is nicer to use but in the end I don't find any differences between the two. Many here don't even use a cloth strop period.
