Thread: Diamond Past over Hard Felt Pad

Hello...

The other day chatting with gssixgun he recommended to use the diamond pastes over Hard Felt Pad as Lynn do it...

I just want to know which is the better way to apply the diamond past over the hard Felt Pad?

I read the Josh recommendations to apply CrO over leather, but I don't know if those recommendations alos applies for Hard Felt Pad.....

Any advice will be appreciated..

At one time I think Tony Miller was trying to put diamond in a spray for easy application.

I use a .5 Diamond spray compound on my felt pad. I also use the chromium oxide and boron oxide pastes on the felt pads. They are great tools. If I am using a .5 diamond paste, I will use leather.

Hi Lynn:

Specifically, how do you apply the diamond paste to the leather?

With my fingers and very sparingly. Just rub it in. Less is better.

Enjoy........stuff is not cheap........I usually get around 25 razors to one spraying.
