    Default 3 layer strop

    I have an old barber shop strop; 2 leather 1 canvas

    Its' mark Russian Hone on top strop and the middle one has a diamond patern on back side.
    Are they suppose to be glued together? Because they are a perfect fit and the insides are not dirty and when i took the metal hanger off, they are stuck together like they were glued or maybe because time got them sticking together.
    The 2 strop together are close to 1/4 inch thick.

    Anyway the question is: Are they suppose to be glued together ot kept separate.
