Well, I tried the spindle idea, but Home Depot and Lowe's in Salt Lake City don't carry anything over 1.25" wide and they're asymmetrical anyway, so I went to Roberts crafts to see what I could find. I found a paddle that would work with some modifications, so I bought it and a piece of balsa and made it. I'll post pics as soon as I can figure out how. Any help on that?
