This is just a thought:
I"ve used Neatsfoot oil or Goop/Gojo to thin and carry 0.5 chrome oxide powder at any consistency I wanted. Would any of those mix well enough with the TI paste to thin it out for easier application?

The white ti issard paste is alu OX. in French it says "a l'aluminocyline". Polishes the edges well on leather strop.

OK, I tried the method with the kitchen knife and it seems to have worked. We'll see in the morning if it makes a difference. Thanks a lot guys. Appreciate all the help.

It's been a little over 24 hours since I shaved after using the paste and it seems to have made a difference. At the 24 hour point my beard is about the length that it normally is 12 or so hours hours after shaving. Thanks again all for your advice.
