So, I've been wanting a vintage strop in good condition for a while, so I've kept my eyes peeled. I found what I hope to be a great deal, as I've never used a craftsman strop.

Forty bucks brings it straight to my door.

brand new in the box! The best part was that it was a "buy it now" item for 29.99 plus 10 bucks shipping.

Does leather stay well preserved? I assume the plastic sleeve is not airtight.
I assume you already (or plan to soon) have the craftsman tortoise handled razor to match that?

Aww man... I've drooled over craftsman razors so much my keyboard should be replaced..... But yeah, it's all of a sudden jumped up on my priority list! (after shapton 16k, which is what I had originally planned for this money to go for!)

Ya know...... I happen to know somebody that has a Craftsman razor that would love that strop ......

I know someone who has a Craftsman razor also who would REALLY love to have that strop.
