    Question Strop nick repair question

    So I have a nick in my strop... I read the WIKI and am not sure trying to glue it is the way.... though I am not sure so here is a pic and I am open to suggestions. I am getting a new strop in the next month but want to keep this one around as I will probably mount it on a block.

    Its a Jemico 1 3/4" width and the nik is about 3/8" long and does not go deeper then the top finnish of the leather.
