    Silly question comming up .
    I've heard the term draw when talking about stropping.What does it mean when a strop has a good draw?

    Draw refers to the amount of friction or resistance as you slide the blade along the leather.

    That's a concise answer that sums it up perfectly. When the time comes that you decide to condition your strop you'll probably notice increased draw after till it settles down again.
