Thread: stropping question....

Reading different posts.... I saw that a lot of people do strop also AFTER the shave.....

now my question is....

if you strop after the shave, it means that the razor is ready for the next shave without the need to strop it again.... or not?
I mean.... how long a strop lasts....once stropped how long the blade will stay perfect before the edge will start to degrade? (and I do not mean shaving with...simply staying there waiting to be used)

I was thinking about those things when I was reading about people who strop after the shave...

if it is a stupid question please forgive me as I can deduct from now that there is no such thing as overstropping.... anyway

The only thing I'd be wary of is the talk of "micro corrosion" if your trying for ultimate perfection... but plenty more knowledgeable folks on here than me.
