Just one more suggestion re lapping your swatty. If you are going to use sandpaper, use a wet/dry Also you must put the paper on a FLAT surface. I use a glass cutting board. Some use tile, etc just make sure that it is flat. Best to wet the surface with water, keeps the paper still, then wet the paper cutting side and then lap your stone on the wet paper. Oh draw lines on your stone with a pencil and lap till they are all gone.
