Thanked: 143Paste vs hone grit size.
The literature that comes with the DMT hone I have lists the following equivalences:
60 micron = 220
45 micron = 325
25 micron = 600
09 micron = 1200
07 micron = 2200
03 micron = 8000
What I don't have are the following numbers:
??? micron = 12000
1.0 micron = ???
0.5 micron = ???
0.25 micron = ???
Can anyone help fill in the unknowns?
Extrapolating the above doesn't work because the relationship is non-linear. Here is a graph:
Thanks.
