    Lightbulb My leather hone

Since it's leather hone week here at SRP, I'll share the way I put together my leather hone.
I wanted the chromeox powder from HandAmerican and found it on clearance at Japaneseknifesharpening.com. I also picked up the magnetic leather bench hone because that was on sale too. I figured I could just trim the leather down and stick it on my D8EE that has been collecting dust.

I'm sure I'm not the first one to do this but it works.

    Whatever works.

Even better if it looks good.

That looks pretty good to me. Clean edges and simple.
