    Default Sliced strop help

While practicing stropping a put a slice in the side of my philly strop. It is about half way up the strop on the left edge. My question is do I slice off the piece that is hanging and allow for a divot or do I try to fix the problem. If the problem can be fixed how does one go about this?

Contact cement will glue it back and if you do it right you shouldn't have a problem using it. Dap is a good brand but any generic brand will do.
Be careful how you treat people on your way up, you may meet them again on your way back down.
