    Default Can you tell me if this strop is any good?

    There's a little dry paste on one side. Looks hardly used, what would I need to bring it back into service?

    Hard to say. Top half of the strop seems nick free so I would give it some neatsfoot oil or any other leather conditioner and give it a go. It won't destroy your razor.
