Ok, I just receive my Pinaud Virgin Island Spiced Bay Rum. I like the scent.

I also received my first cylinder of green paste. Buuuut...it did not come with any instructions. I have red paste from Classicshaving.com and it came in a tube; that was purely straight forward. This green paste is in cylinder form and it is not as soft. Do I just rub it on my bolsa wood bench hone, allow it to dry and then towel-off the exess; or do I mix it with something to soften it and then apply? Thank you, guys.

    hmmmm......................

Maybe a call or email to the vendor???????????

Let me see..........cylinder chromium oxide......crayon like........I think I would rub a very thin layer on the balsa. I actually like it better on linen or poly webbing, but balsa will work so long as you are careful with the pressure. Thin is the key on application. You really don't want any excess to wipe off if possible.

    Have fun,
