    Typically the chromium oxide has proved to be more consistent. I have had some razors do OK with the TI white and some not. It definitely gets black pretty quick with use.

    Puma used to make little paste sticks that were pretty good too, but haven't seen them in a while.

    Very thin application and just a few strokes at a time are the key to the pastes. Usually 5-10 strokes, strop and test.
