Thanked: 993Strop Gremlins.
Anyone else have strop gremlins.
I was working on a couple razors last night, and everything was great. No stropping this morning, and then this evening I'm working on another razor. I go to strop it and WHAT....there is a good knick in my strop, about three inches from the handle.
Strop gremlins.
You'd think I'd remember such an event had it occurred under my watch.
It's been crazy glued and sanded, and is back to normal.
I just wanted to vent.
Thank you for being patient and listening.

Strop Gremlins? I had no idea, and all of this time I have been blaming the wife!

Yes, this is a well investigated phenomenon. It happens at night while you're asleep. Little creatures invade your home and play with your shaving gear. I know a guy who woke up one morning and found his cat totally clean shaved and reeking from aftershave.

Heh gremlins - I was not aware. To think, here I was, blaming it on the dog.
I'll be sure to keep an eye out, Birnando must not have got all in Oslo because there are still some lurking.
