    On average I'd say I'm in the 30-40 range. I can go faster, but not very often, and we are talking averages here

    I voted 30-40.
    I can go faster also but I can not see any improvement of the edge in going faster, just risk for strop cutting.

    If Im in no hurry its between 19-25, doing it well is better than doing it fast IMHO

    Just timed it with the help of my wife. 45 laps per 30 seconds stropping normally. Good idea for a poll
