Thread: Ruined strop?

As if prophetically after posting in this thread, wouldn't you know it ... my razor flipped over in my hand and put a new nick in my strop! That's the first in many many months. To make matters worse, I've just moved into my new place, but can't remember which box my pumice stone is in.

Hey, sorry for spreading my lousy karma all over the place. But, my stropping is better (no new nicks in a while) and I am getting much MUCH better shaves singe getting one of Bill's Blades. Over the last few days, I've finally began to get a really nice shave without burn. My buddie thinks I'm crazy to be switching. He swears by the new Fusion 5 blader. But, he's interested in better shaves, so. . .

Most of these mishaps are from way before your time. It's a strop's purpose to get nicked so your face doesn't.

His karma was so bad it negated history and cursed our forfather's to be a bunch of clumsy strop nickers.
