New to Stropping
I am on a quest to get me a Strop and I have decided to take my time on finding the right strop for me I can tell that one of my more used razors that i have been using is starting to become less sharp and wanted to get you guys opinion on what would be a good beginner strop but something that i wont grow out of. I have been looking at the SRD strops and was looking for one that i don't need all the creams and others things just something simple and to the point
thanks
Justin

Thanked: 1263Any of the strops from SRD will serve you just fine...no creams and other things required...just the palm of your hand
I have a Red Latigo and The Natural and love em both.

I have a few Tony Miller strops that i LOVE...i added the practice strop and used that so i wouldn't nick the good one up and it worked great! now i use the practice strop as my travel strop when i go out of town!

I'm not a big fan of endorsing things, but I can't think of a better purchase than ANY SRD strop. They are exactly what came to mind when you said you didn't want to grow out of it.

Thanked: 41+1 for SRD. I recently picked up a Roo strop. Thin and supple.
