no lights, tried to set up a mic to get better audio. something was wrong with the mic though. i used my late 2008 macbook (internal cam/mic) and used quicktime to record the video.
From their stillness came their non-action...Doing-nothing was accompanied by the feeling of satisfaction, anxieties and troubles find no place

How about give us some info on what stops you are using in the videos.
