    This thread reminded me of this http://straightrazorpalace.com/strop...icket-bat.html just in case you looking to make your own. Mind you that i have moved beyond using a paddle strop. Now i perfer to use different handing strops.

    I agree with you Airportcopper. I switched from hanging to modular quite a while back and found it is easier plus I am less likely to roll the edge as I have done in the past on a hanging strop. I made my own modular and I made it the same length as my hanging strop. Works great !
