Was given a half unspilt hide awhile back,this stuff is thick,.160 in. or about 10/11 Oz leather.
Used it on one of my looms.
If it means anything a very heavy Draw,works well.

thats just gorgeous. Great handle and hide. How does buffalo hide age - would love to see that in 10 years time or so, with some wear on the handle from all the use!
